• reflect the scientific and cultural wealth of Universities by giving the Speech to researchers in the purpose of a genuine popular science.
• register video lessons to be transmitted via the Internet. These video lessons will represent the centre of the students’ learningprocess, from which they move to the training course in a hypertext mode.
